Blue Care Network has the largest health maintenance organization network in Michigan with approximately 110 hospitals and 10,700 physicians. Our health plan is offered in more counties than any other HMO in Michigan. Find a Blue Care Network Primary Care Physician.

When you're on the road, our coverage travels with you. As a participant in the BlueCard® Program, a national network of Blues plans, you can arrange for care when you travel or temporarily live outside of Michigan. You can also fill your prescriptions at any one of the thousands of participating pharmacies nationwide. Call BlueCard at 1-800-810-BLUE (2583) or visit the BlueCard Website to locate a participating provider outside of Michigan.

The Blue Care Network HMO plan is not available in all areas of Michigan.

Blue Care Network HMO not available in these counties:

Alger, Baraga, Chippewa, Clare, Delta, Dickinson, Gladwin, Gogebic, Houghton, Iron, Keweenaw, Lake, Lenawee, Luce, Marquette, Mason, Menominee, Missaukee, Ontanagon, Osceola, Sanilac and Schoolcraft.

Berrien, Hillsdale, Huron, Ionia, Manistee, Mecosta, Montcalm, Newaygo, St. Clair and Wexford.
